First thing's first. Get in touch with us! We want to know who you are, where you're located, and what resources you might already have to work with. We also want to give you a better idea of what it takes to start a Meat Collective and become a part of the Meat Collective community. Once you email us, someone from the Meat Collective Alliance will call or email you to ask a few questions and answer any questions you may have. We'll share some basic requirements for starting a Meat Collective, as well as some simple Meat Collective standards of practice. If you remain interested, are committed to becoming a part of the Meat Collective community, and are ready to get started, we'll give you access to the "Mighty Meat Collective Startup Guide," an ebook written by Camas Davis, founder of the Portland Meat Collective, the very first Meat Collective of its kind.
